- Release of newest album, Good Morning Mr. Jefferson!

- The Virginia Belles are thrilled to announce the release of their newest studio-produced album entitled Good Morning Mr. Jefferson. The album's official release will be on April 16th, 2011 at our big Spring Concert at 8pm in McLeod Hall. For each CD sold at this concert, $1 will be donated to the One Love Foundation, in memory of our dear friend Yeardley Love.

- The oldest a cappella groups at the University of Virginia partner with the oldest a cappella group in the country (and recent stars on NBC's The Sing-Off) for a night of singing you won't want to miss! The Virginia Belles and Virginia Gentlemen join together in a premiere concert with the Yale Whiffenpoofs, Friday February 25 at 8pm in Old Cabell Hall.

- Honored in Top Ten Collegiate Albums of 2010!

- The Contemporary A Cappella Society (CASA) released their nominators' top 10 albums of 2010: the 2010 Contemporary A Cappella Recording Award Short Lists, and the Belles are very proud to have their most recent album acaBELLEa, make the Short Lists for the top 10 female collegiate albums of the year.
- Because the competition to win a CARA (Contemporary A Cappella Recording Award) is becoming increasingly competitive due to the large volume in submissions (and four nomination slots per award), CARA nominators release these short lists to honor young musicians who have created exceptional albums, giving them official recognition for their outstanding submissions.
